RWC 2012 Tournament Tree

Mechanics:

1. All MVP cards and All godly items are activated for the Phase 1 and disabled for Phase 2.
2. One Honour Lord and two guilds for Siege Lord in every phase, Phase 1 and Phase 2, are required to submit 7 representatives for their guild (see line up submission).
3. If a guild gets Honour Points, all Siege Points for that siege are forfeited.
4. Ownership of agits will reset before every phase.
5. Guild and guild master can only win once for the whole duration of the tournament.
6. The Agit Lord winner will battle the Wild Card winner for the server championship.

Scoring:

Honour Lord: ONE point will be awarded for every agit defended. Each agit retained on the next WoE date will get a ONE negative point. All siege points earned on the same WoE date will be void.

Siege Lord: ONE point will be awarded for each agit successfully defended. Each agit retained on the next WoE date will get a TWO negative point.

Agit Lord Tie Rule:

1. A guild that has higher points than tied guilds, automatically qualifies for a slot.
2. If there is a tie and more than 1 guild holds the highest Honor Points the higher siege points earn win and vice versa for the tied highest Siege Points.
3. If still a tie, the guild masters will dice and highest number wins, a game master will facilitate the tie break up.

The guilds with the highest votes per phase will battle for the ULTIMATE WILD CARD slot in the Final 2.

How to Join RWC2012 Wild Cards

Category: True Wild Card and Raffle Wild Card

Mechanics:

1. Guild Master must be at least base level 130 and have a level 20 guild.
2. Guild and guild master can only win once in all voting periods.
3. Every time you use credits, whether Game Time or Rok Points or Bundled, you will receive Voting Points that you can use to vote through the Voting Page.
4. Access this site: http://account.levelupgames.ph/ro/wildcard/
5. Log-in your Ragnarok username and password
6. Memorize the PRECISE guild name of the guild you wish to nominate.
7. Choose which server you wish to vote in.
8. Enter the entire guild name or the key words of the guild you wish to nominate.
9. A list of guilds with key words you keyed in will appear.
10. Look closely and choose the precise guild name of who you wish to vote for.
11. Assign the number of Voting Points you wish to give that guild and press SUBMIT.
12. You’ll see a confirmation message and your voting points updated.
13. An updated standing list is available through View Current Standing.
14. Voting points will expire 1 hour after top up.
15. The top 10 nominees of each server will be qualified to join the RWC2012 Wild Card phase.
16. Wild Card winner will battle the Agit Lord Winner for the server championship.

Raffle Wild Card

• All nominees with at least 8,000 voting points will have a chance, thru a raffle draw, to be one of four wild card representatives per server in every phase.

General Notice:

RWC2012 Regionals Tournament Tree

How to Join RWC2012 Regionals:

1. Each participant must bring valid IDs with picture. Valid IDs are the latest School ID, Government IDs such as LTO and Student Permit. Valid IDs must be presented (but will not be turned over) to the LU! Staff present.
2. In case there is a problem with the ID, please bring a copy of you Birth Certificate. The Birth Certificate is only used to supplement your ID. The Birth Certificate cannot be used in place of an actual ID.
3. Each player is only allowed to play for one guild for the whole Regionals Tournament. Players cannot play for any other guild aside from the guild they initially registered with, even if the player registers in other locations.
4. Ex. Player named [Eremes Guile] member of the guild [Transcendent Family] joined the Regionals in Manila, will not be allowed to play for the Midgard Heroes guild.
5. Each guild may join regional tournaments in other locations only if they haven’t won a tournament. Thus, if the guild already won one of the Regional Tournaments in 2012, they are not allowed to join other Regionals Tournament.

Ex. A. [Transcendent Family] guild lost during the Regionals held in Manila, their guild may join the Regionals in Quezon City or in other Regionals Tournament until they win.

B. If [Transcendent Family] guild already won from the Regionals in Quezon City, they will not be allowed to join other Regionals tournaments.

Pre-registration

1. Pre-registered teams will be prioritized.
2. The Team Captain must send their line-up in MS Excel sheet including the following details:

1. Submit your line-up form by sending it via email to ragnarok@levelupgames.ph. Early and late submissions will not be accommodated; the team captain must only submit the form on the said period of submission. (12:00NN cut-off).
2. Verified line-ups will receive an email confirmation.
3. Only 16 teams per area will be accommodated. This will be determined based on the time we received the email.
4. Pre-registered teams must be at the venue on or before 10:00am. If the team is called and they are not present, their slot will be void.
5. All pre-registered teams will be posted at forums.levelupgames.ph on their respective areas.

Registration

1. Registration will open for all once all pre-registered teams have already completed the registration.
2. Registration starts at 10:00am and will end at 2:00pm (LU! representative time). Once the matches begin, registration is closed.
3. Only the first 16 teams to register will be qualified to enter the tournament.
4. The 17th and 18th team to register will be qualified if in case a team out of the 16 teams gets forfeited.
5. The 17th and 18th Teams can only replace a forfeited team in the first round of matches. After the 16 teams have completed their first matches, the 17th and 18th team can no longer replace any forfeited team.
6. Each participant must present unused LU 350 as registration requirements, inclusive of 5000 KVM Points.
7. All participants must be present upon registration.

Match Rules

1. Accounts will be provided by the Tournament marshals.
2. When the team is called up for their match, they will be given 15 minutes to show up. If they don’t show up after 15 minutes of being called, they will be disqualified and automatically lose the match.
3. Players may bring their own Keyboard, Mouse and Mouse Pad on the tournament day. They must inform the officials upon registration that they have their own Keyboard and Mouse so that time can be allocated per match for swapping.
4. Players must bring their own Team Emblem. It must be carried in a flash drive and the teams must have it installed during the initial setup time. Default emblems will be provided if a team does not bring their own.
5. Teams that are fighting each other are not allowed to use the same emblem.
6. Only the Tournament Committee, the Tournament Director, the head judge, and other tournament officials have the right to stop the match if needed.
7. The tournament will be a 7 vs 7 team match
8. Teams will then be given 15 minutes for their equipment set-up.
9. The match will be a single elimination round from the first 16 teams until the final 4 teams are determined.
10. The semi-final and final matches of each day will be best-of-3-rounds.
11. If a round ends with neither team completely eliminated, the team with the most surviving members will win.
12. If a round ends with both teams having the same number of surviving members, they are then subject to a 1-round sudden-death match with NO HP or SP restoring items and no High Priest. All members except High Priests will log in again for a 6 vs 6 match. The player of the High Priest account may remain with the team, but may not log in the account.
13. The start of a match will be signaled by marshaling Game Masters. Players may start casting buffs the moment they enter the arena. A countdown will be given before the match is started. Use of other skills, on the other hand, is restricted until the marshals give their go signal. Offending players will be given a warning; then on the second offense, penalty will be disqualification from the tournament. The same rule holds for those who attack a tournament marshal.
14. Each match will last 7 minutes.

1. Failure to submit line-ups a week after the last path for finals will mean the team will merit a loss in the first round. If after the second warning, the team still fails to send the line-up, then they lose the second round and consequently, the match.

1. The winner of the Server Eliminations will be the Server Representative. The line-up they submitted for the Server Eliminations will also be the line-up that they will use for RWC2012 Championship. Again, substitute players will only be accepted from the names submitted. Any substitute players that are still playing will not be allowed for the duration of RWC. Final 8 participants are required to submit their valid Philippine Passport on before May 29, 2012, failure to do so will automatically disqualify the member/s who will not submit.

After the epic battles, only 8 Guilds will advance to the Grand Finals

RWC 2012 GRAND FINALS 

At the SM North Skydome, the Final 8 Guilds will duke it out in the final confrontation to crown the 2012 RWC Champion that will represent our country and be called Ragnarok Team Pilipinas.

Once the smoke settles, there can only be one team standing!
AWARDING

1. Redemption codes will be given by the LU! representative, or the registered team leader can get it at the LU! office. Provide two valid government-issued IDs (SSS, LTO, GSIS, Passport, etc)
2. Only the team leaders will claim and distribute the prizes.
3. Only the declared account written in the teams’ registration will be valid for awarding.
4. If the team leader is not available the team representative must present the team leader’s two valid government-issued IDs and his own valid government-issued IDs.
5. Awarding will be on July 11, 2012
